StarShea, a profit-oriented organization with the aim of designing a competitive and sustainable Shea Industry livelihood for rural women and their communities in Africa seeks to hire a Cost Controller who will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Responsibilities

•   Be responsible for preparing and updating the organization’s business plan
•   Be responsible for the preparation of financial statements for presentation to the board on a quarterly basis
•   Be responsible for building the social and economic KPI's for the board of the company
•   Ensure the follow-up of production processes and build new analysis tools
•   Participate and contribute knowledge and experience to build team capacity

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

•   A first degree or higher in Accounting, Business or a related field
•   A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in financial management in a related environment or consultancy
•   Ability to interpret financial statements
•   Ability to understand complex financial models
•   Ability to perform advanced Excel functions is key
•   Capacity to perform rigorous tasks
•   Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Note: It will be an advantage if applicants reside in the Northern part of Ghana.
