An exciting opportunity exist for suitable candidates to join one of the market leaders in the hospitality industry as Cost Controller.

Purpose of the role:

•   Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the role holder will control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods without compromising on quality or quantity.
•   Undertake accurate and timely daily stock count at all the outlets as well as prepare monthly food and beverage control report.
•   Ensure food and beverage stock are held in line with company policy
•   Undertake the analysis of inter-bar transfers write-offs and inter-kitchen transfers accurately.
•   Undertake the analysis of beverage complimentary and discounts on a daily basis and banqueting drink consumption for functions.
•   Ensure official orders have been issued for all goods brought into the company and audit orders from time to time.
•   Provide feasibility studios on restaurants.
•   Prepare accurate and timely daily beverage potential report and food cost/flash report.
•   Perform any other duties as management may from time to time reasonably require

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting or a business related course.
•   Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in a similar will be an added advantage.
