Job Summary

•   The Country Manager must be a self motivated individual with an impeccable personality that represents the company in Ghana with the responsibility for developing business, increasing the profitability for developing business, increasing the profitability of the company and managing the operations within the company.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess special skills and knowledge in the services (preferably the leasing/transport) sector.
•   Must be educated to degree level, preferably with some financial qualifications or training - a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential
•   Excellent communication and networking skills are essential
•   Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
•   Must be sensitive to cultural differences
