Our company invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for the following position: Credit Manager

Job Description

•   Ensure that credit decisions are based on accurate information and the company's books are kept in good condition through the adoption of good credit policies on loan disbursements and collection
•   Oversee to the reconciliation of data on the system across all branches and ensure accurate records are kept on loan files in these branches
•   Monitor branch credit operations to ensure compliance with credit policies
•   Collect daily reports on repayment collections to ensure measures are put in place to deal with non-payments
•   Ensure that all defaulting clients are immediately followed and all laid down procedures on repayment collections are strictly adhered to by all credit officers across the branches

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree with practical experience in any of the following institutions, Banks, Savings & Loans or MFIs
•   Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar field
•   a professional qualification in CISA, CIMA, ACCA etc, will be an added advantage
•   Ability to meet critical time-lines
•   Must be computer literate (Microsoft suit-especially word, excel and PPT).
