Job Summary

•  Ensure all credit applications are processed on a timely manner based on stipulated guidelines and policy rules.
•  Ensure that salesperson submit their credit applications immediately upon completion.
•  Verify and validate applicant’s data/documents provided.
•  Conduct field visit as and when required.
•  Ensure that all pending applications are being followed up timely based on KPI.
•  Update productivity daily and prepare and submit tip off /pending sales application report weekly
•  Ensure that the sales are not lost as a result of delay/ error input by salesperson
•  Handle customer’s complaint and all credit related enquries within 24 hours.
•  Conduct regular branch briefing to share common error, preventive measures for syndication etc.
•  Share and brief salesperson on new credit promotion/initiatives.
•  Performs any other duties as assigned by superior..

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Good team player
•  Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
•  Meticulous and an eye for details
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Computer proficiency in MS Office

Salary: 1000-1500 Ghana Cedis

Location: Accra
