A rural bank in the Ashanti Region requires the services of a Credit Supervisor

Job Summary

• Manage and review all credit delivery processes to ensure compliance
• Review credit files to ensure compilance to credit policy and disbursement conditions
• Ensure that audit findings for credit are corrected and reduced to the acceptable level
• Conduct special investigations on credit delivery process as may be assigned by supervisor
• Post disbursements follow-up to minimise past due loans
• Submission of call visit report to superior on regular basis
• Review overdraft and loan facilities to ensure that right charges are applied to avoid income leakage
• Minimise credit income leakages by reviewing credit income related activities to conform to standards
• Ensure that the pre and post disbursement clauses/conditions in the offer letter are fully complied with by brands
• Supervision of the Loan recovery, most especially hardcore loans and report accordingly
• Timely submission of monthly report
• Any other duty as may be assigned by supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1st Degree in relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in Banking or Financial institution experience

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of credit delivery process•
• Credit supervisor will report to the Credit Manager of the Bank
