A reputable Non- Banking Financial Institution is looking for result oriented qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

•  Identify and locate Microfinance clients
•  Monitor and appraise loans
•  Submit regular loan monitoring reports to management
•  Assist in the collection of loan repayments
•  Assist in the collection and investigation of delinquent loans
•  Assist in Communicating all credit related issues to Management
•  Assist in enforcing company’s credit policies
•  Assist in Reviewing and updating credit risk control measures and/ policies
•  Any other duties to be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of HND in Accountancy and/ or First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics and/ or part qualified ACCA, ICA, and CIMA.
•  Must have two (2) years post qualification experience in the field of micro-financing
•  Good writing, communication and computer literacy skills
•  Credit evaluation experience, where complex credit appraisal structuring are involved is a must
•  Experience in credit recovery environment
•  Understanding of loan documentation
•  Personal efficacy and ability to pay attention to details.
•  Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
