NCR is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Agent (CCA) to join NCR's customer Engineer's team based in Ghana. The primary function of the CCA is to support the activities of the Customer Engineers (CEs) assigned to him or within a particular geographic region or territory. The CCA's plan, prioritise, assign and monitor all open work orders for CEs.
The ideal candidate should hold:
• Preferably a degree/HDC certificate in IT
• One to two years experience in the area of Customer Service and Support preferred
• Excellent PC literacy. Ability to generate reports and graphs very important keyboard proficiency
• Excellent people management skills
• Understanding of Windows-based applications/tools
• Relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening skills
• A self-stater preferred (works with little supervision)
