Job Vacancy For Customer Service Manager
We are one of the major players and a leader in the Internet Service Providing (ISP) industry in Ghana. Our main office is based in Accra. Our service range from Broadband Internet Access, IP VPN, Wide Area Network connectivity and VOIP solution. Our clientele ranges from big, medium to small-scale businesses and organizations as well as private individuals across the country.
As a result of growth, expansion of our business operations and desire to provide timely and best quality service to our nationwide customers, we are looking for experienced individuals for the following position in our Accra office:
Customer Service Manager
The position holder will serve as a member of management team, and will provide direction, co-ordination and supervision for customer service activities of the company. In addition, he/she will supervise immediate subordinates to ensure that time, quality and other set standards, including discipline are adhered to, and to implement performance management systems in the department.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Qualified candidates for this position will possess a master's degree with a minimum of five years hands-on experience in customer service practice.
• This experience should include demonstrated skill in people management, including ability to manage performance and to hold people accountable for achieving result.
