A leading microfinance company is looking for highly motivated professionals with high integrity, leadership abilities and a desire to be challenged for hiring as:- Customer Service & Marketing Manager.

Job Purpose:
To direct and manage the loan expansion programme and savings and deposit mobilization function and activities, ensuring that reliable, quality and timely services are provided to the micro, small and medium enterprises through application of competitive interest rates, but at the same time ensuring that the loan and savings products are profitable.

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Profile:

•  Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or any equivalent relevant qualification.
•  Minimum 3 years experience in a micro finance environment.
•  Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
•  Ability to work independently.
•  Excellent personal attributes such as accuracy and personal integrity.
•  Must be computer literate.
