A reputable LBC in Ghana is searching for qualified and reliable staff to expand its operations.

Responsibilities:

•   Provides the necessary training and education required for the use of LBC model to farmers
•   Purchases cocoa in the district and monitors and controls stocks at the warehouses
•   Works with newest technologies for documentation and payment to farmers

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile:

•   Must possess a diploma or certificate Agriculture, business, IT or other relevant field
•   Well - versed in the Ghanaian cocoa business
•   Background in the cocoa industry of over 5 years
•   Ability to work for long hours and meet deadlines
•   Ability to make accurate projections
•   Excellent writing, reporting and presentation skills
•   Excellent computer kills
