Job Vacancy For Deputy Administrator (CLINIC) At Judicial Service of Ghana



The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the following vacant positions in the Judicial Service Clinic at the Law Court Complex

•   To assist the administrator in managing the clinic facility

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

•   Assists the administrator to maintain and order office supplies from the clinic store
•   Receives and register all incoming correspondence
•   Files letters and its relevant attachments
•   Weeds files as and when due and ensures that all diaries are up to date
•   Ensures easy tracing, location, and proper custody of files
•   Assists in preparation of routine correspondence and periodic reports
•   Keep log of own performance and in service training log for purposes of appraisal.
•   Perform any other official duty that may be assigned by the doctor

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of 1st Degree in Business Administration
•   Experience in the medical field would be an added advantage
•   Must be Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Access
•   Must have good oral and written communication skills
•   Must have completed National Service
•   Minimum of Two (2) years post qualification working experience
