Based in Accra and attached to the Country Manager-Ghana, you have the mission of strategic business development of your geographical area. As such, you will be responsible for the following tasks;

•   Growing the turnover of Royal Air Maroc Ghana
•   Enhance the image of the Group Royal Air Maroc
•   Manage local resources (material and human) of Royal Air Maroc Ghana
•   Contribute to the management of the Business
•   Ensure the continuity of the company's activity in relation with the Headquarters in Casablanca

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Qualifications (Degree) from a High Business or Engineering School, with at least five years' experience in a similar role in the service sector (Air, Tourism, Banking, Insurance...),
•   You must show excellent negotiation and leadership skills and be recognised for your business and managerial skills.
•   True man of the field, you are familiar with the economic and social fabric of Ghana.
•   You are bilingual in French and English and master the local languages.
