Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a:- Deputy General Manager

The person who will report the General Manager must have good leadership qualities and will assist the General Manager in running the day-to-day activities of the Bank.

Roles / Responsibilities

•   Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bank
•   Coordinate and control operational activities between Head Office and the agencies, inter-branch operations
•   Ensure the timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to ARB Apex Bank and the Bank of Ghana
•   Ensure that processes and procedures at the Agencies are being adhered to
•   To ensure the preparation and implementation of all bank policies including operational policies including operational policies, guided by the Bank's operational manual
•   To ensure that the branches are supported to undertake effective deposit mobilization and marketing of the bank's products
•   Control cost and ensure that the Bank operates within budget
•   Assist the General Manager by discharging delegated duties and deputizing for him in his absence.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree or ACIB with a minimum of 10 years banking experience
•   A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage

Required Skills and Experience

•   Sound knowledge of Banking, Banking Law and Practice
•   Excellent Management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills
•   Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office suit
•   High sense of responsibility and results oriented attitude
•   Good interpersonal skills

Age Limit: Minimum age limit must be 35 years
