Job Purpose

•   To guard the lobby and screen all visitors by creating a welcoming environment for hotel guests and facilitate their arrival or departure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

•   Opening doors for each and every person entering and exiting the hotel, greeting guests and carrying their bags into the hotel
•   Sweeping and removing refuse
•   Assist guests by giving directions and providing important information about the hotel
•   Keep an eye out for suspicious activity
•   Check the lobby area at all times (doors, floors, windows, etc.) as well as the sidewalks and keep it in a clean condition.
•   To assist residents with carrying packages
•   Other duties as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   good Senior high School qualification with three years working experience in the hospitality industry.
•   Applicants should have a professional qualification and a minimum of three years working experience in the field.
