Description Of Job

Right now, we offer the following career opportunity: Drilling Services Field Specialist (Ref 1221684)

This role will see you:

•  Provide direct instruction and supervision to junior Field Engineers on day-to-day well-site work and activities
•  Provide advice and direction to external customers and third-party well-site colleagues as appropriate
•  Provide resolutions to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well-site where analysis of data is required
•  Evaluate work on completion (where appropriate) to ensure objectives have been met
•  Complete additional advanced technical training and assigned well-site development programs
•  Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE polices, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Broad knowledge of directional drilling tools and services
•  2-year Technical Degree
•  At least 3 years directional drilling experience
•  Industry experience required in the Oil and Gas industry
•  Demonstrate proficiency in the delivery of directional systems services at the well site
•  The ability to work in challenging directional systems environments and to provide complex solutions to the customer
•  Strong communication and inter-personal skills; and excellent customer awareness
•  Ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a strong team member, and demonstrate leadership capability.
