Job Description

•   Drive the official vehicle designated for the New Zealand representative and other official vehicles as and when required
•   Maintain vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition
•   Carry out minor maintenance to vehicles and conduct weekly checks of oil, water and tyres
•   Regularly inspect vehicles for minor defects and promptly report damage to the New Zealand representative
•   Ensure all vehicle registrations and insurance are kept up to date and prepare appro priate documentation
•   Deliver letters, goods, personal effects, and packages
•   Participate in after hour duties as required

Qualification Required & Experience

Selection Criteria:

•   Demonstrated administrative and office organisational skills, including priority setting and time management
•   Well-developed oral and written communication skills
•   French language desirable (oral and written)
•   Ability to acquire knowledge of and adhere to relevant policies and procedures
•   Aptitude to deliver a high level of client service with discretion, tact and diplomacy
•   Ability to work independently and in a small team
•   Good judgement
•   Sound level of numeracy
•   High level of computer literacy
•   Demonstrated driving experience

Appointment Process

•   Applicants will be assessed by a Selection Panel and a shortlist established for an interview.
•   Once interviews are made an offer will be made to the successful applicant considered as most suitable for the role for an anticipated start date of 7 April.
