Job Summary

•  Ensure proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, checking of  tyres, brakes and water levels, car washing so that the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition at all times
•  Ensure cost-savings through proper use of vehicle and accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs.
•  Ensure availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle logs, and necessary spare parts in the assigned vehicle.
•  Safely transport goods and properties entrusted in his care to the required location in a timely and efficient manner.
•  Perform any other duties that will be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

COMPETENCIES

•  Ability to read and write
•  Must be reliable and trustworthy
•  Must have knowledge of basic driving rules and regulations
•  Must be punctual and ready to work at all times

REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum of SHS qualification
•  A valid driver’s license C or D with at least 5 years experience as a driver.
