Description Of Job

PATH is seeking a driver for PATH’s Oxytocin Initiative Project in Ghana.

Specific responsibilities include:

•  Drive office staff, project counterparts and consultants to project site in Kintampo, workshops, meetings, and various events as necessary.
•  Run office errands, such as delivery of documents, mails, etc.
•  Provide airport pick-up and drop-off for staff and visitors.
•  Maintain travel logs for all trips.
•  Ensure that the project vehicle is in proper running condition at all times – this includes but is not limited to the checking of tire pressure, checking fluid levels, break lights, etc.
•  Ensure that vehicle registration and insurances are up to date.  As necessary, assist with the registration and insurance of the vehicle.
•  When not driving, assist with other office tasks such as photocopying, binding of documents, faxing, etc.
•  Assist with other tasks as and when required.

Salary: 8400-10260 Ghanaian Cedi (GHC)

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must hold a valid Ghanaian drivers license.
•  Knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
•  At least 5 years of driving experience.  Previous working experience with an international organization is a plus.
