Location: Work from home
Salary: 1000GHC per month
Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off from 21:00pm until 09:00am

Secure On Site is a company based in London that provides professional services such as security, cleaning, caretakers, concierge etc. The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring the on-site staff are carrying out their duties efficiently.

Duties required will include but not limited to:

• Checking our operatives have booked in when they have at their shift and booked out when they have finished using our company software.
• Checking our company system to see that operatives have completed their routine check calls.
• Report on staff that have not completed their reports, patrols and check calls to management. .
• Answering and making phone calls from on-site staff, job applicants, potential clients plus more.

To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following:

• Good rapport building
• Good at using own initiative
• Good command of the English language
• A smart phone for example iphone or samsung A series or above, active internet service and laptop/computer
• Problem solver
• Assertive
• Good customer service skills

We pay monthly.

Internet & smart phone will be provided by the company
The successful candidate will need a laptop or computer
