Reports to: Line Manager

Your Accountabilities amongst others, will include:-

•  Assisting Line Manager to plan preventive maintenance programmes
•  Supervising routine daily, weekly and annual maintenance programmes
•  Repairing faults on Bottling machinery, utility equipment and ensuring the faults are rectified quickly and efficiently
•  Maintaining accurate report of all services, repairing and installing electrical equipment to enhance proper  usage of spares, materials and equipment in consultation with the Line Manager
•  Co-ordinating with other sectional supervisors for smooth running of the plant
•  Monitoring plant equipment performance and reporting to the Electrical & Instrumentation Manager
•  Requesting for the needed overtime periods to be approved before work is embarked on and documenting the overtime hours for all the Technician/operations for onword submission to Pay Office
•  Supervise all calibration that are done on the plant instruments
•  Supports in managing and developing associated in the section
•  Plan and supervise plant equipment heath check list and prepare monthly reports.
•  Ensure quality, Environmental & Occupational Safety and Health (QEOSH) compliance on site

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Have BSc in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University
•  Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in managing production in a high speed facility
•  Demonstrated people and leadership skills within track record of achieving positive business results
•  Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good understanding of statistical process control
•  Proficient in use of Microsoft suite – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
