Job Vacancy For Enterprise Solutions and Delivery Manager



Job Summary

• The successful candidate will join as a Manager for Solutions and Delivery in the Networks Department.
• (S)He will report to the Head of Enterprise and will be responsible for full technical solutions design life cycle for B2B customer and time to market solutions, according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to design and deliver technical solutions and projects according to plan.
• The Enterprise Solutions and Delivery Manager will also be responsible for full project management life cycle for B2B and time to market solutions, according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• This involves the acceptance and execution of B2B services installed, as well as coordinating the work of third-party contractors to deliver technical solutions and projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist B2B team on technical service delivery for different solutions/requests from their prospective clients.
• Be the main contact and go to person for all technical solutions, projects and products for the B2B category and coordinate operational issues with O&M teams.
• Involved fully on the RFP requirement gathering for all solutions and products associated with B2B and ensure projects are delivered as planned and fit for use for corporate solutions.
• Design E2E technical solutions, project definition and expected results and are adjust accordingly.
• Lead, manage, coordinate, and report on multiple complex solutions as per B2B requirements.
• Effectively applies a standard methodology for all technical solutions and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risks on projects during the solution design stage.
• Ensures all technical documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Support Procurement/Contract Management to resolve technical conflicts between AT and suppliers.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and O&M teams to ensure implementation following AT technology processes.
• Build strong relationship with stakeholders or representatives of commercial teams and solution vendors to facilitate better understanding of customer needs and delivery of optimal design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Build strong relationship with stakeholders or representatives of commercial teams and solution vendors to facilitate better understanding of customer needs and delivery of optimal design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Work to ensure successful delivery of the agreed designed solutions, including proper acceptance testing regime and handover to Service Assurance and customer and with full budget compliance.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Effectively apply a standard methodology for all technical solutions and enforces project standards.
• Ensures all technical documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and O&M teams to ensure implementation following AT technology processes.
• Plan, execute, and finalize deployment of solutions according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquiring resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver solutions according to plan.

• Delivery Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on deployed network architecture and services.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelors in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in the Telecom Industry.
• Must demonstrate in-depth understanding and previous experience of enterprise products and solutions development.
• Strong technical knowledge in telecommunications, IP networks & technologies, Design & Quality drivers in the Enterprise environment.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Certifications in Project Management is an added advantage.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Projects and competent with Visio.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
