Estate/Facilities Officer wanted for immediate employment

Job Summary

•  Assist in the management of a gated community.
•  Assist in providing safety and security, budget preparation,
•  Assist in Property & Facilities Management i.e implement schedules for all maintenance, staffing, accounting and services needed for all properties; system and procedure protocol development for all properties
•  Vendor & Contract Negotiation and Management including Negotiate and manage all contracts, supervise work and review invoices for all outside serve providers including screening and overseeing outside vendors, contractors, construction projects, maintenance of swimming pools, landscaping, biogas plant etc.
•  Ability to manage homeowners interest and expectations as well as enforce regulations
•  Any other duties that will be assigned by management from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  HND Estate Management, BSc Land Economy or business degree with a minimum of 3years post qualification experience.
•  Demonstrating similar experience in managing residential projects in the past will be a significant advantage.
•  Must have very good communication, leadership, writing and verbal skills
•  Ability to use MS Projects, Microsoft Suites.
•  Minimum 3 years experience
