A global pharmaceutical company with regional offices in Accra, Ghana is looking for a dynamic and seasoned individual with the right acumen to join its team of professionals in achieving its goals and objectives. Preferably, the individual must be ready to assume work from January next year (2013):- Executive Assistant

Job Purchase

•  To work closely with regional directors and ensure that the resources needed to perform their pioneering duties are readily available.
•  To provide all-round administrative support in the regional office for the smooth and effective achievement of the organisation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•  Extensive diary / meetings management, events and conferencing (telephone and video) involving groups of people in different global locations, ensuring that all admin details and reports are considered.
•  Act as HR interface and ensure appropriate support to the regional office on HR matters, policies and smooth on boarding of new employees
•  Direct liaison with protocol and travel documents inclusive of hotel logistics.
•  Act as communication co-coordinator for Africa and maintain smooth communication with stakeholders through internal vehicles partner closely with internal communicators to advance business goals as appropriate
•  Support administration on smooth relocation of expatriate and immigration matters
•  Support finance administration, procurement process and any other related documentation
•  Provide legal support and act as interface with vendors on renewing agreements / contracts
•  Ensure appropriate systems are in place to support employees for effective business and organisational objectives.
•  Act as resource to staff in providing administrative support an guidance on system and procedures
•  Supervise pool of drivers

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least five (5) years working experience as an Administrative Assistant
•  Literacy certification in computer applications
•  Previous experience working with Executives (Managing Directors, CEOs, etc)
•  Intermediate level of french language is an added advantage
