Job Vacancy For Executive Assistant At Volta Catch Limited



Volta Catch, a sales/distribution section of a fast growing and well-established concern in the aquaculture industry seeks the services of a well-qualified and motivated person to occupy the above position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Administrative tasks: receiving and making calls, scheduling meetings, scheduling locations for events, preparing options for executive for various events and functions, receiving guests, arranging accommodation and travel schedules, management of tasks through spreadsheets and word documents
•  Office management and organisation, including managing documents, records, printing/scanning/faxing, filling out paperwork for various needs, co-ordinating with other members of the office to achieve results
•  Basic research and google capabilities; reading google maps and using google search are essential

Qualification Required & Experience

The Person (Competencies)
Must have:

•  At least a University degree in Administration. An advanced Secretarial Certificate is an added advantage
•  Must have at least 5 years experience in the position
•  Strong communication skills and ability to proactively identify problems and resolve them
•  Excellent organisational skills and ability to keep pace with rapidly changing environment, needs, and responsibilities
•  Cultural fluency: ability to work with management and expats from various nationalities
•  Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•  Professional use of English language in written, texted, and spoken forms
•  Ability to multi-task and attention to detail so that no projects or tasks are forgotten, delayed, or mismanaged
•  Desire to constantly deliver excellent service and support
•  Commitment to highest level of business ethics
