Millionaires Casino Accra is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
•Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality standards
•Supervise train and evaluate housekeeping staff
•Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained to exceptional standards
•Manage departmental budgets, inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
•Conduct regular inspections and enforce health and safety regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

•Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
•Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role
•Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
•Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service
•Proficiency in Housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications
•Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
