A reputable Beach Resort in the Ningo Prampram District is the Greater Accra Region is looking for energetic and innovative persons urgently to fill in the following challenging position:- Facilities Management Officer

The resort has 18 rooms, is located on the coast and has a vast potential for growth is looking for a good competent innovative individuals.

Job Summary

•   Ensure that all facilities of the company are always in functioning condition for the effective execution of the company's business. Focus on using practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating downtime for repairs.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

•   Building and grounds maintenance
•   Cleaning
•   Security
•   Utilities and communications infrastructure
•   Space management
•   Events facilitation and planning support
•   Equipment repairs
•   Rentals

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 2 years experience in similar position
•   Bachelor's, HND Civil Eng. or equivalent qualification
•   Experience in hospitality industry will be useful
•   Should be very IT literate

Salary and Remuneration: Salary is competitive and performance based
