Our client is a leading real estate in Ghana. The company now seeks the services of Facilities Manager to be based in Accra Office.
• Facilities Management interaction, including efficient and accurate invoicing and accounts notifications.
• Effectively manage and hone the skills of the Facilities Management team to ensure faultless customer
• Take responsibility for accurate and timely accounting procedures.
• Manage the daily interaction with company’s Maintenance (or outsourced suppliers where necessary) to ensure required works are completed efficiently and to the desired standard.
• Ensure supervision and appraisal of works.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Business Degree or similar.
• 3 years plus experience in real estate or Facilities Management.
