Alisa hotel requires the services of a Facility and Maintenance Engineer to Manage its growing hotel complex. The successful candidate will be required to put in place comprehensive plans and programmes including the following:

•   Facility's maintenance issues
•   Setting standards and specifications
•   Preventive Maintenance designs
•   Maintenance planning within approved budget
•   Coordination of operational activities, i.e. electrical, electronic, water, gas, boilers, etc
•   Programme and advise on utilities cost reduction
•   Advise on futuristic approaches and improvements on the Hotel, involving electrical, electronic, water and other existing systems.
•   Progressive development and management of regulatory compliance policies.
