Job Vacancy For Female Future Project Coordinator



Key Responsibilities

• Implement the strategic and operational plans as approved to organise the Female Future Programme
• Recruit participants for the programme
• Propose and implement a marketing strategy for the programme
• Organise networking meetings
• Ensure the sustainability of the project
• Mobilise resources
• Prepare project budget
• Engage the alumni to map out the results of the programme
• Create a database of potential women board candidates for recommendation to companies

Qualification Required & Experience

• Postgraduate degree from any recognised university in the areas of communication, marketing or any field in the social sciences
• At least 3 years of working in the private sector
• Experience in training and/or events management
• Experience in project management will be an added advantage

Key Competencies

• Ability to undertake planning and budgeting
• Knowledge in project/events management
• Experience with training and talent management
• Good communication skills, proficiency in English
• Good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, team player and proactive

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Accra
