Company Description

•The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. At a managerial level, the position also includes developing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

•Market Development: Drive business development and marketing activities within the assigned region or sales channel to expand market presence.
•Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities based on customer needs.
•Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
•Communication and Collaboration: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, finalize contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

•Industry & Education: Background in medical or healthcare-related fields, preferably with experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD).
•Experience & Competencies: Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally within the medical, healthcare, or related industries.
•Core Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
•Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related field

NB: For entry level of sales will be sales assistant ,will request do more assistant job for general manager

Location: Tamale - Kumasi - Koforidua -Takoradi- Cape Coast - HO and Accra
