Join our dynamic Susu collection team in Odorkor. We are seeking motivated, honest and energetic individuals to manage daily savings collections, build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct door-to-door daily cash collection from marketing traders and local business owners in designed odorkor zones
•Maintain 100% accurate, transparent and error-free daily records in official customer paper cards and field ledgers
•Educate clients on our routine savings products, policies and withdrawal cycles
•Achieve realistic weekly and monthly customer acquisition and collection targets
•Build long-term community trust and guarantee exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum qualification: SHS / WASSCE / Diploma certificate
•Previous field experience in Susu collection, microfinance sales or door-to-door direct marketing is preferred
•Must be exceptionally trustworthy, reliable and disciplined with cash handling
•Excellent communication skills (English and local languages like Twi or Ga)
•Must be energetic and physically fit for walking daily field routes and ideally reside in or near Odorkor
