Job Description:

We are seeking experienced, results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidates must have a strong sales background, an established customer base, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting sales targets.

This role is best suited for self-motivated professionals who can build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth with minimal supervision.

•Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
•Leverage an existing network of customers and business contacts to generate sales.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
•Promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective and existing customers.
•Meet and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
•Identify potential markets and develop strategies to increase sales.
•Provide regular sales reports and updates on customer activities and market trends.
•Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

Qualification Required and Experience

•Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
•An established and substantial customer base or strong professional network.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Honest, trustworthy, and professional, with strong integrity.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
