Job Summary

• An ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, exceptional numerical proficiency and strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Directing financial planning and strategy
• Analysing and reporting on financial performance
• Preparing monthly reconciliation - general ledger and statutory accounts
• Maintaining inventory and non-current assets
• Treasury management
• Overseeing audit and tax functions
• Developing and implementing accounting policies
• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets
• Managing internal controls
• Develop annual financial plans and projections for the company

In addition, the candidate should have knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with teams
Again, the candidate should be able to work on this own without or less supervision

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Partfully qualified professional certification such as ICA (Ghana), ACCA, CIMA
• Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance would be added advantage
