Job Vacancy For Finance Manager
Kwaebibirem Rural Bank PLC, a reputable financial institution committed to providing exceptional banking services to our cherished clients, is seeking a highly qualified and results-driven professional to fill the role of Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the financial operations of the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and coordinate external audits.
• Monitor the bank’s financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Ensure efficient cash flow management and proper reconciliation of accounts.
• Provide financial advice and support to executive management and board committees.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., ICA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role—preferably in the rural banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards (IFRS), and banking operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
