We are an investment banking institution, with the aim of providing world class financial services. The company needs to fill the position of a Finance Manager in Accra.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•   Prepare financial statements including periodic management accounts
•   Ensure timely completion and coordination of all financial audits
•   Process monthly payroll and ensuring timely payment of staff salaries and statutory deductions
•   Review monthly bank reconciliation statements
•   Manage all tax issues by ensuring statutory returns on behalf of the company and its employees
•   Reviewing, preparing and ensuring compliance of annual audited financial statements

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should have the following:

•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management
•   Master's Degree in Finance or other discipine
•   A member in good standing with ICA, CIMA or ACCA
•   Years of experience in a similar role preferably in the financial sector
