Job Vacancy For Finance Manager At Broll Ghana Limited



Job Specification:

•   Responsible for the preparation of monthly management account for review by the Head of Finance and reporting on the variances between the budget and the actual.
•   Responsible for the preparation of account payable, account receivables schedules and the management of fixed assets inventory.
•   Undertakes the preparation of VAT and WHT schedules and responsible for filling and payment. Follow up on the collection of WHT certificates and submitting same to Ghana Revenue Authority.
•   Assists with budget preparations and formulation forecast projections and financial analyses.
•   Monitors costs and expenses.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Requirements of Finance Manager:

•   The Applicant must have a relevant 1st Degree, plus Professional Qualification of Chartered Accountant (CAJ or Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) (or related field Degree)
•   The Applicant must have five (5) or more years of Accounting practice and related supervisory experience preferred.
•   Must be highly proficient and Knowledgeable in the usage of Analytical tools in financial documents
•   Must be proactive with Financial Management
•   Must have high attention to detail.
•   Must have sound judgment and decision making ability.
•   Able to make presentation to CEO's, Boards and Senior Management.

Skills required:

•   Ability to assist and supervise others.
•   Strong analytical skills.
•   Clean valid driver's license.

Knowledge required in usage of financial tools:

•   Knowledgeable in the Accounting Standard
•   Knowledgeable in the Ghana Tax laws.
•   Knowledge in the use of accounting software and related computer application.

•   Customer relationship building
•   Strong project management skills.
•   Solid communication abilities.
