Job Vacancy For Front Desk and Client Service Executive



Qualified and experienced Staff are urgently required to fill the vacant positions stated below in a reputable Business Development Organisation in Ghana with branches in 37 districts capitals

The Front Desk and Client Service Executive, reporting directly to the General Manager, will efficiently coordinate the provision of office facilities for Clients of the organisation, provide administrative support to the organization and administer its knowledge management processes.

Key Functions & Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and coordinate clients' use of office facilities.
• Supervise, cleaning and preparation of the organisation's facilities for client use. Answer phone enquiries and direct calls for the organisation's team.
• Create, update, and maintain personnel records and other records and database for the office.
• Coordinate special functions and social events.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing mails for the organisation.
• Prepare correspondence, documentation or presentation materials for the office. Ensure that business methodologies and emerging lessons from daily support to businesses are written down and or recorded in a manner that allows for new/upcoming MSEs to learn from.

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification, Experience and Job Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration or related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' post National Service experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities
• A professional certification in office management would be an advantage,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
