The candidate must be capable of:

•  Managing the operations of the Front Office Department and reporting to the Rooms Division Manager
•  Ensuring discipline and orderliness at the front of house always
•  Ensuring that Front Line staffs are always spectacular in their behavior and charisma with top grooming presentation and unique smiles and consistency
•  Training and following up on the progress of the Front Line staffs
•  Relating effortlessly with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly at all times
•  Being a strong leader and an effective coach
•  Being a respectable ambience creator.
•  Being very strict on internal administrative and finance procedures with respect to payment, credit and posting etc
•  To display excellent skills in writing letters
•  Maintaining and developing new business

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least 1st Degree in Hospitality Management or related field of qualification
•  At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
•  Experience in a hotel environment will be added advantage
