This role will support the Front Office Manager.

This individual is ultimately responsible for ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of the guests, including accurate billing services, swift and efficient registration services and fostering a convivial and professional atmosphere.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  She/he must have a working knowledge of day-to-day hotel front office procedures and should have an eye for detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, computer skills and basic math skills
•  Strong knowledge in Fidelio, Opera and Micros as well as not less than 5 years' experience from a 4 or 5 star hotel is required
•  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a pre-requisite for all position
•  Ability to train is essential
