Reporting To: Finance Manager

Job specification   

To ensure delivery of prompt and efficient customer (internal) operation support to the Transport Unit to enhance ZLD’s business operations.

Responsibilities   

•  Provides first line support for drivers at the Fuel damp.
•  Ensure that all our operational trucks are fuelled promptly as per allocation given.
•  Liaises with Transport Unit for effective delivery of fuel to the drivers
•  Provides daily, weekly and monthly report to the Finance Manager
•  Performing other duties and assignments within the scope and intent of the job as may be assigned from time to time by the Departmental Head.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum certificate of DBS or higher.
•  Minimum two (2) years work experience in relation to Finance, Operation and general support. .
•  Good Knowledge of Accounting practices
•  Good Analytical skills.
•  Good Communication/Presentation skills
•  Quality customer care
