Position Summary

•The General Accountant will be responsible for maintaining overall financial health by managing accounting record, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting management in strategic decision-making
•This role is central to ensuring transparency, accountability and efficiency in the resort's financial operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience (hospitality industry experience preferred)
•Professional certification (e.g, ICA Ghana, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
