Job Vacancy For General Administrator / HR Manager

A reputable healthcare company currently with three (3) hospitals is looking for the following at its head office (Cape Coast): General Administrator / HR Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forming and maintaining employee records.
• Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Health Services Administrator
• HR professional
• At least five (5) years experience in similar position
