A fast growing hospital with branches across the country invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancy:- General Manager

Job Purpose

•   To supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments and sections and direct it towards realizing the vision and mission of the organization.

Job Description:

•   Have general oversight over the daily operations of the hospital
•   Lead the operations team to produce results
•   Collate monthly reports from all HODs and forward to the CEO and Administrator
•   Work with the Administrator to ensure that all departments and sections are well stocked with supplies and logistics at all times
•   Keep up with trends in the business and advice the directors accordingly
•   Demonstrate a sense of ownership at all times.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree from a recognized University
•   A certificate in Hospital Administration and Marketing will be an added advantage

•   Good Team Player
•   Excellent Customer Relations
•   Familiarity with hospital operations
•   Result oriented
•   Experience in hospital management
