Responsibilities

• The graduate trainee will be required to attend all the training sessions which gives him/her basic information about various sectors of the company such as sales and marketing, aftersales, parts, finance etc.
• The graduate trainee will work under the supervision of senior employees and may be asked to do research work for the company.
• The graduate trainee may be required to document the trend of the sales performance of the company and other such related work.
• The graduate trainee will be required to visit different working or office sites in order to get on hand working experience.
• The graduate trainee will be required to make presentations which the training session demands on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated.
• The graduate trainee has to pass the entire test or complete the programme in order to work for that company, and needs to show his or her competence for working.
• The graduate trainee will be asked to keep records for the company and may be required to come up with new ideas for the improvement in the basic conditions of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma/HND/Degree in any relevant field.
