We are seeking a dedicated a skilled Handyman to ensure reliable maintenance support and contribute to the smooth running and dynamics growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for routine maintenance duties across facilities
• Conducts inspections of electrical fittings, building exteriors and equipment
• Responds promptly to Centre Manager directives and tenant maintenance issues
• Performs repairs, plumbing fixes and escalates unresolved problems
• Ensures familiarity with emergency equipment, fire systems and safety procedures
• Carries out meter readings, lighting replacements, and routine reporting
• Provides back-up organizational support in the absence of Mall Managers

Qualification Required & Experience

• Vocation training or apprenticeships
• NTVI Certification in any of the construction trades
