Job Vacancy For Head of Administration
Job Summary
• To provide administration leadership in implementation of policy decision in the service company
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical advice and leadership in the development and implementation of administration strategies/plans as input into the overall corporate strategy
• Lead and direct the development of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work plans and other support systems including monitoring mechanisms in managing the Administration Division to achieve targeted objectives
• Perform and advises on the proper interpretation of administrative policies
• Ensure active stakeholder participation in dentification, planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programmes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory documents such as Public Procurement Act, Labour Act, Financial Administration act, etc
• Ensure the maintenance of an effective security system for all company's resources and properties including the estates, office facilities, machinery and equipment, personnel etc
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess at least a master's degree in public administration, General Management or and a postgraduate degree in relevant discipline
• Must be a member of recognized professional body
• Must have 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a management position
