A dynamic non-banking financial institution is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced persons with drive and innovation for the following roles.

Key Responsibilities

•  Report to the managing director on all issues relating to business development
•  Spearhead the institution’s risk asset growth by developing new relationships with prospective borrowing clients
•  Manage customer relations to ensure retention and growth of market share
•  Drive liability growth as well as grow deposits to fund creation of assets
•  Acquire new deposit accounts and develop external sources of funds for the institutions operations through the taking of wholesale deposits
•  Design and implement marketing strategies to effectively achieve the commercial and financial objectives of the institution
•  Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of market share
•  Spearhead the development of new products and new value-added services

Skills Requirements

The Prospective applicant must:-

•  Have a prowess to sell products and services and the aptitude o develop ones
•  Have a good competence in Financial statement analyses and business evaluation skills
•  Have a minimum of CIB and/or degree in a related field. An advanced degree is an added advantage
•  Have at least 7 years related work experience with not less than three years being in a managerial role
•  Have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
