Job Vacancy For Head of Finance & Admin



An automobile company is restructuring its management team as part of the new investor's strategy and business policies. The company is looking for a Financial and administrative person to join its senior management team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The person must be able to:-

•   Set up and implement an efficient and cost effective financial systems.
•   Put in place good controls
•   Supervise the reconciliation of the company's monthly bank statement of account
•   Prepare the monthly management accounts reports for presentation to the MD
•   Manage the company's budget and cash flow and prepare variant reports
•   Present and defend the annual audited final accounts to the Board of Directors
•   Generate and implement the company's accounting policy manual
•   Manage an efficient and effective credit / credit reporting system
•   Assist the MD in developing new business concepts
•   Actualize the MD's vision for the company

Skills / Competencies Required

The person must have:

•   Proven track record of building and developing effective working relationship both in and outside the business
•   Excellent time management, organisational and project planning skills
•   Strong IT skills - Micosoft suite
•   Good communication skills
•   Strong team player

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University Degree Required, MBA preferred
•   A professional in ACCA (UK), CIMA or CA (GH)
•   At least 5 - 10 years practical post professional experience
•   Should be more than 42 years

Salary: International Standard Remuneration with fringe benefits
