A fast growing Investment firm in Ghana is seeking to recruit competent professionals to work together to achieve corporate goals in a fast changing and competitive environment.
Responsibilities • Developing marketing and service policies, programmes and systems to support strategic direction
• Alignment business plans with organizational objectives
• Directing implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices
• Ensuring marketing communication and co-ordinated, supporting marketing plan objectives and meeting organizational expenditure requirements
• Provide leadership and supporting the design, development and implementation of products and service plans
• Managing marketing service department including development and distribution of all marketing materials
• Setting pricing strategies and introducing new products
Qualification Required & Experience • A good first Degree in Marketing or Financial Management. A Master’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing will be an additional advantage
• 5+ years of previous management experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Remuneration • The remuneration packages are negotiable, but the positions offer excellent rewards to the right candidate
